to call Coast Guard ships and aircraft for the exchange of CW
communications with the below listed communication stations. On a
secondary basis only, these frequencies may be used for Ship/Shore RATT
communications. Appropriate consideration shall be given to shared
users to minimize potential mutual interference problems.
