B. Radio Violation Reports.
1. Action to be taken.
a. Violation Report. A radio violation report,
CG2681A Report of Violation of the Radio Regulations or
Communications Instructions (figure 5-2), shall be
submitted immediately following an observed violation of
the ITU Radio Regulations, NTIA Manual of Regulations
and Procedures for Federal Radio Frequency Managment, FCC
Rules and Regulations or communication instructions
issued by competent authority. Reports shall be submitted
as indicated below:
