4.F. Requests for Frequency Assignment Outside the US&P.
1. Frequency Request. Requests for assignment of radio
frequencies outside the USP shall be transmitted to the
Commandant (G-TTM), information to the appropriate Area
Commander, by message in the format prescribed in ACP 190
US SUPP-1.
2. Validation. The Commandant (G-TTM) will validate the request
and transmit it via the JFP to the cognizant Theater
Commander for coordination with the appropriate host country.
3. Assignment. After coordination has been effected an
assignment message will be sent by the Commandant (G-TTM) to
all concerned and the frequency assignment(s) will be
included in the GMF for record purposes.
