E. Requests for Frequency Assignment.<br />

1. Frequency Request. Requests for assignment of radio<br />

frequencies shall be forwarded to the Commandant (G-TIM) via<br />

the chain command. Each request shall include justification<br />

for the requirement and recommendations concerning the<br />

following, if available, and as applicable:<br />

(a) Dates required. Dates required: e.g., 1 March 1991<br />

to 15 April 1992; or 1 March 1991 - indefinite.<br />

(b) Transmitter Location. Transmitter location(s) where<br />

frequency(ies) required, and the OPFAC number of the<br />

unit or command that will have primary electrical control<br />

of the frequency(ies).<br />

(c) Transmitter coordinates. Transmitter coordinates of<br />

locations where frequency(ies) required (Latitude and<br />

Longitude in degrees, minutes and seconds).<br />

(d) Call. Call sign(s), if assigned.<br />

(e) Frequencies. Frequency(ies), desired frequency<br />

band(s), or order of frequency. If more than one<br />

frequency is required for the system,<br />
