E. Requests for Frequency Assignment.
1. Frequency Request. Requests for assignment of radio
frequencies shall be forwarded to the Commandant (G-TIM) via
the chain command. Each request shall include justification
for the requirement and recommendations concerning the
following, if available, and as applicable:
(a) Dates required. Dates required: e.g., 1 March 1991
to 15 April 1992; or 1 March 1991 - indefinite.
(b) Transmitter Location. Transmitter location(s) where
frequency(ies) required, and the OPFAC number of the
unit or command that will have primary electrical control
of the frequency(ies).
(c) Transmitter coordinates. Transmitter coordinates of
locations where frequency(ies) required (Latitude and
Longitude in degrees, minutes and seconds).
(d) Call. Call sign(s), if assigned.
(e) Frequencies. Frequency(ies), desired frequency
band(s), or order of frequency. If more than one
frequency is required for the system,
