Headquarters units submit radio frequency requirements
directly to the Commandant (G-TTM). Headquarters units
should coordinate their requirements with appropriate area
and district commanders prior to submission to avoid spectrum
conflicts. Technical support required by area, districts or
headquarters units for developing spectrum requirements, or
resolving radio frequency interference problems will be
provided by their respective MLC.
