2.H.3. Maximum Power. The power used on disaster frequencies shall
be the minimum required and in any event shall not exceed 500
watts plate input power to the tube or tubes applying energy
to the antenna.
4. Specific Frequency. Refer to Annex L for the listing of
specific frequencies allocated for this service. Requests for
the use of these frequencies shall be made to the Commandant
(G-TIM) together with reference to the specific disaster plan
involved and the statement that participation can be effected
by the employment of existing facilities.
