Note:<br />

Many of the frequencies in this annex are shared and assigned<br />

for use by other Federal Government and on occasion<br />

Non-government land operations throughout the United States<br />

and Possession (<strong>US</strong>&P) and therefore, are not available for<br />

exclusive use by the <strong>Coast</strong> <strong>Guard</strong> without prior authorization.<br />

Accordingly, all requests for frequencies to satisfy new<br />

operational requirements should be specified by band; i.e.<br />

30-50 MHz, 162-50 MHz, 162-174 MHz or 406.1-420 MHz, and the<br />

request submitted to the COMDT (G-TTM) IAW Chapter 4 where<br />

the frequencies will be selected and the proper authorization<br />

obtained.<br />
