2.0 Retrofit Instructions –
2.1. The Contractor shall develop and provide retrofit instructions for this engineering
change using the Coast Guard’s Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO) format.
Submit a copy of the TCTO created for this ECP for Government review and approval 45
number of days after ECP implementation. Allow 30 days for Government review and
approval.
3.0 Configuration Status Accounting –
3.1. Configuration Status Accounting (SOW 068-2.1.4) shall be updated for this ECP
no later than 45 days after implementation into production. Upon approval of the retrofit
instructions, the Contractor’s CSA effort shall include capturing the retrofit instructions into
the configuration.
