HSCG23-06-D-ARB001 Page 6 of 22 BLOCK 14 – DESCRIPTION OF MODIFICATION (CONTINUED) I. This Modification incorporates the Scope of Work for ECP-175 Tow Reel Modification into the Contract. SCOPE OF WORK ECP-175 Tow Reel Modification 1.0 Description 1.1. The Tow Reel will have 7 evenly spaced holes match drilled with the foundation locking piece which matches up with the other half of the pin. These holes will allow the reel to be locked in a total of 7 locking positions. 1.2. Desired Configuration- The desired configuration is shown in Figure 1. Figure 1 – Desired Tow Reel Configuration.

The Contractor shall develop and provide retrofit instructions for this engineering change using the Coast Guard’s Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO) format. Submit a copy of the TCTO created for this ECP for Government review and approval 45 number of days after ECP implementation. Allow 30 days for Government review and approval. 3.0 Configuration Status Accounting – 3.1. Configuration Status Accounting (SOW 068-2.1.4) shall be updated for this ECP no later than 45 days after implementation into production. Upon approval of the retrofit instructions, the Contractor’s CSA effort shall include capturing the retrofit instructions into the configuration. J. PART I – THE SCHEDULE, SECTION B - SUPPLIES OR SERVICES AND PRICES: This Modification revises the attached pages in Section B. The negotiated Sub-CLIN values, inclusive of all negotiated Post Award Changes to the affected Hulls to date are summarized in the tables below. .
