a Remove:
- the subframe tie rod bolts (13) ,
- the sub-frame.
a Remove the subframe fittings.
REFITTING
I - REFITTING PREPARATION OPERATION
a Degrease the body surfaces that make contact with
the sub-frame and cross member using SURFACE
CLEANER (see Vehicle: Parts and ingredients
for the repairwork) (04B, Consumables - Products).
a Always replace the subframe and arm mountings.

a A shim 10 mm thick must be placed between the radiator
cross member and the sub-frame.
a Set the wheels straight ahead; centre the steering
wheel.
