a Apply pressure to the clip (8) manually, whilst pulling
on the pipe.
a Remove:
- the engine undertray,

WARNING
Do not pull the clip. If it is incorrectly handled in
any way, the pipe will need to be replaced.
a Pull out the master cylinder control pipe by one
notch.
a Place a cloth under the bleed hole.
a Depress the pedal using your hand (to drain the
master cylinder and the pipe).
- the bleed plug (9) .
a Connect a transparent pipe to the bleed hole running
to an empty container placed under the bleed hole.
a Turn the end (10) of the slave cylinder anticlockwise
as far as it will go.
a Depress the pedal using your hand (to drain the
master cylinder and the pipe).
a Press the clip (8) .
a Disconnect the pipes from the slave cylinder.
a Fit plugs into the openings.
