Essential equipment
REMOVAL
I - REMOVAL PREPARATION OPERATION
a Switch off the ignition.
a Disconnect the battery (see Battery : Removal -
Refitting) (80A, Battery).
a Remove the dashboard lower trim.
II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART
CONCERNED

a Tilt the clutch pedal position sensor, taking care not
to damage the sensor lower mounting bracket.
REFITTING
I - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Refit the clutch pedal position sensor.
a Lock the sensor body.
a Connect the clutch pedal position sensor connector.
a Refit the dashboard lower trim.
II - FINAL OPERATION

a Disconnect the position sensor connector (1) from
the clutch pedal.
a Unlock:
- the section connected to the pedal by undoing lock
(2) ,
a Connect the battery (see Battery : Removal - Refitting)
(80A, Battery).
a Switch on the + after ignition feed.
a Always ensure that the operation of the clutch pedal
position sensor is checked using the diagnostic tool.
- the sensor body by moving the lock (3) .
