PLACEMENT CRITERIA
ITVM Placement Criteria Continued…
E. A location must meet the following two criteria:
• The location must have a “class B” liquor license*.
• The location agrees to maintain a minimum of four (4) instant game
facings at a non-ITVM point of sale.
OR
OR
F. A location must meet the following three criteria:
• The location must have sold a minimum of $200,000 in instant product
in the last year (52 weeks).
• The location agrees to maintain a minimum of sixteen (16) instant
game facings, consisting of all price points, at a non-ITVM point of sale.
• Maintaining the ITVM at the retailer location is contingent upon
obtaining a minimum 5% sales increase on instant product on an
annual basis over the 52 weeks before installation.
OR
G. For limited discretionary or test marketing placements. A location
must meet the following criteria:
• The Wisconsin Lottery ITVM review panel recommends placement.
• The location may be required to maintain a minimum number of
instant game facings and price points at a non-ITVM point of sale, to
be determined by the ITVM review panel.
* "Class B" liquor licenses allow retail sale of intoxicating liquor (including wine)
for consumption on the premises, and wine in original containers for consumption
off the premises. If the community elects to, it may also permit sale of not more
than four liters of intoxicating liquor (there are no limits on wine), in the original
container, for consumption off the premises. Check local ordinances for the
allowance. Examples: taverns and restaurants with full alcohol service.
