HOW TO GET BALANCING AND BILLING REPORTS<br />
How to Get the Billing Report<br />
At the Main Menu, touch REPORTS and then BILLING.<br />
Touch WEEKLY BILLING INVOICE.<br />
Touch SEND to default to the most recent date available or enter the desired<br />
date. The date you enter may be any day of the particular week that you<br />
want. Our billing period is Sunday through Saturday.<br />
Enter the desired number of copies, or touch SEND to display the report on<br />
screen. The report will be displayed. Touch PRINT to print the report from this<br />
screen.<br />
Touch OK/HOME to return to the Main Menu.<br />
How to Get the Balancing Report<br />
At the Main Menu, touch REPORTS and then, BALANCING.<br />
Touch TODAY.<br />
Touch TERMINAL.<br />
The Terminal Balancing Report will give you a reading of that day's activity on<br />
your terminal up to the moment the report is taken.<br />
Instead of TODAY you may also choose a day of the week, WEEK TO DATE or BY<br />
DATE.<br />
Touch PRINT to print the report.<br />
Touch OK/HOME to return to the Main Menu.<br />
