Slot Grip inserts feature a unique chip breaker design that integrates<br />
a special top rake confi guration to reduce machining<br />
forces and produce controlled coil chips at optimum speeds<br />
and feeds. This insures higher metal removal rates and greater<br />
productivity as well as more effi cient tool use.<br />
Slot Grip blades are designed for use with slot<br />
grip inserts and holders and are interchangeable<br />
with competitive systems. The inserts cutting<br />
edge location repeats accurately and as a<br />
result prevents insert splitting under heavy feed<br />
and shock loads.<br />
Slot Grip <strong>Tool</strong>holder Block System is designed<br />
to hold slot grip and competitive cut-off blades<br />
fi rm and secure using the wedge locking system.<br />
These toolholders are available in a wide<br />
range of sizes: both inch and metric. The system<br />
is designed to have the same center height as<br />
