Note : 1. 11 Ltrs. Petrol/Diesel should be available in the car (in case of excess fuel, it would be drained out for safety purpose.) can be run upto the ramp point & same way Ramp to door.<br />

2. *Transit time : (a) for household transportation 300kms. Per day. (exclusive of pickup & delivery day) (b) For car transportation 200 kms. Per day (excluding pickup & delivery day)<br />

A.) We would request you to pay us 100% of all the charges (as Gross Freight) in advance along with your order in Cash / cheque / D. Draft.<br />

B.) The Carrier on their agent shall be exempted from any loss or damage through accident, pilferage, fire, rain, collision, any other road or river hazard, we therefore Recommend that goods<br />

should be covered under carrier risk. No individual policy / receipt from insurance Co. will be given.<br />

C.) Please note that the above quotation has been prepared keeping in view, our basic standard of packing with the best packing material, as the type of packing will be fit to our description<br />

(i.e. Good for Roadworthy Transpiration).<br />

D.) All payments in favor of M/s Sunrise Packers & Movers<br />

E.) Packing Materials are the property of company. After unloading these would be taken back. Otherwise equivalent cost of materials will be<br />

F.) Other terms & conditions are applicable as mentioned in Goods Consignment Note.<br />

G.) ‘Comprehensive risk’ is mandatory for any vehicle (i.e. Car, Motorcycle etc.) directly by any Insurance Company.<br />

I.) M/s Sunrise Packers & Movers will not be responsible for any delays of consignment delivery beyond its control like natural calamities, political or general strikes, accidents,<br />

Government interventions and priorities or any other such delays which is beyond its control.<br />

J.) Rates would be charges extra if the number of items will be more than discussed over telephone / Physical Survey List.<br />

PREPRATION BEFORE MOVE<br />

Finalize Packing Agency.<br />

If Sunrise Packers and Movers then confirm packing and pick up dates.<br />

Organize & book your journey tickets for the new destination.<br />

Rent advance to be taken from the landlord and intimate to landlord well in advance.<br />

Inform friends & relatives the date finalized for packing & moving.<br />

Transfer your Bank Accounts.<br />

Take transfer certificate from School / Colleges.<br />

Take NOC from RTO for vehicles.<br />

Collect all items lent and return borrowed items.<br />

Inform postal deptt. / neighbors regarding your new address to enable them to redirected your letters to new<br />

address.<br />

Empty and defrost refrigerator to let air-out 8 hrs. before packing.<br />

Finish packing personal effects and keep aside your valuables.<br />

Keep travelers cheque, tickets and credits cards at convenient place for easy access.<br />

Keep yourself free to be with the packing team while the job is on.<br />

Check whether destination address is correct.<br />

Before leaving home, check all the taps, switches & windows. Also see whether doors are closed and the main<br />

switch is off.<br />

Disconnection of Gas Cylinder, Telephone and other utility service and collect deposits if any.<br />

Select a simple and light food for the day of leaving.<br />

Plan and keep yourself free for having dinner with friends and relatives as you will be invited by those near & dear.<br />

Recheck and confirm shifting plans, finalize temporary and permanent accommodation.<br />

Lock before leaving.<br />

At Destination<br />

Search for a house with good water facility and other utilities as per your requirements.<br />

Call packer & give him your contact no. & address to arrange door delievery.<br />

Be present at the time when your shipment arrives at your doorstep.<br />

Check condition of all the items received and make a note in writing if any item is missing or damaged.<br />

Arrange for telephone and gas connection.<br />

Open your bank account.<br />

Arrange for house maid, the milk man and newspaper vendor etc.<br />

Introduce yourself to the neighbors.<br />

Star collecting important contact numbers.<br />

Seek for the admissions of your children in School / Colleges.
