A.) We would request you to pay us 100% of all the charges (as Gross Freight) in advance along with your order in Cash / cheque / D. Draft.
B.) The Carrier on their agent shall be exempted from any loss or damage through accident, pilferage, fire, rain, collision, any other road or river hazard, we therefore Recommend that goods
should be covered under carrier risk. No individual policy / receipt from insurance Co. will be given.
C.) Please note that the above quotation has been prepared keeping in view, our basic standard of packing with the best packing material, as the type of packing will be fit to our description

packing list the value declared by me for the said article would be divided in pro-rata basis.
3) The transporter is not liable in any manner for transportation of gamlas (mud/clay pots) which are accepted for
transportation on my request and risk since transporter accepts only plants in poly bags/wooden cases.
4) The above serial number may not tally with serial number of the final packing list drawn by representative of the
transporter.

PREPRATION BEFORE MOVE
Finalize Packing Agency.
If Sunrise Packers and Movers then confirm packing and pick up dates.
Organize & book your journey tickets for the new destination.
Rent advance to be taken from the landlord and intimate to landlord well in advance.
Inform friends & relatives the date finalized for packing & moving.
Transfer your Bank Accounts.
Take transfer certificate from School / Colleges.
Take NOC from RTO for vehicles.
Collect all items lent and return borrowed items.
Inform postal deptt. / neighbors regarding your new address to enable them to redirected your letters to new
address.
Empty and defrost refrigerator to let air-out 8 hrs. before packing.
Finish packing personal effects and keep aside your valuables.
Keep travelers cheque, tickets and credits cards at convenient place for easy access.
Keep yourself free to be with the packing team while the job is on.
Check whether destination address is correct.
Before leaving home, check all the taps, switches & windows. Also see whether doors are closed and the main
switch is off.
Disconnection of Gas Cylinder, Telephone and other utility service and collect deposits if any.
Select a simple and light food for the day of leaving.
Plan and keep yourself free for having dinner with friends and relatives as you will be invited by those near & dear.
Recheck and confirm shifting plans, finalize temporary and permanent accommodation.
Lock before leaving.
At Destination
Search for a house with good water facility and other utilities as per your requirements.
Call packer & give him your contact no. & address to arrange door delievery.
Be present at the time when your shipment arrives at your doorstep.
Check condition of all the items received and make a note in writing if any item is missing or damaged.
Arrange for telephone and gas connection.
Open your bank account.
Arrange for house maid, the milk man and newspaper vendor etc.
Introduce yourself to the neighbors.
Star collecting important contact numbers.
Seek for the admissions of your children in School / Colleges.
