Bidder‟s Authorisation Bidder‟s Authorisation Certificate along with copy Certificate of PoA/ Board resolution stating that Auth. Signatory can sign the bid/ contract on behalf of the firm as per Annexure-3 3. Legal Entity Copy of valid Registration Certificates Self-certified declaration (if applicable) Copy of Certificates of incorporation 4. Financial: Turnover CA Certificate with CA‟s Registration Number/ from IT/ ITeS Seal 5. Financial: Net Worth CA Certificate with CA‟s Registration Number/ Seal 6. Technical Capability Satisfactory Work Completion Certificates from the client; OR Work Order + Self Certificate of Completion (Certified by the Statutory Auditor); OR Work Order + Phase Completion Certificate from the client Details of the Projects to be filled as per Annexure-10 7. Tax Registration and Clearance Copies of relevant certificates of registration VAT/ CST clearance certificate from the Commercial Taxes Officer of the Circle concerned 8. Certifications Copy of a valid certificate 9. Mandatory Undertaking A Self Certified letter as per Annexure-4: Self- Declaration 10. Certificate of As per Annexure-5 Conformity/ No Deviation 11.
