6 Certifications The bidder must possess, at the time <strong>of</strong> Copy <strong>of</strong> Valid<br />

bidding, a valid ISO 9001:2008 Certification. Certificate<br />

7 a) Mandatory Bidder should: -<br />

f) A Self Certified Letter<br />

b) not be insolvent, in receivership, bankrupt or<br />

being wound up, not have its affairs<br />

administered by a court or a judicial <strong>of</strong>ficer,<br />

not have its business activities suspended<br />

and must not be the subject <strong>of</strong> legal<br />

proceedings for any <strong>of</strong> the foregoing reasons;<br />

c) not have, and their directors and <strong>of</strong>ficers not<br />

have, been convicted <strong>of</strong> any criminal <strong>of</strong>fence<br />

related to their pr<strong>of</strong>essional conduct or the<br />

making <strong>of</strong> false statements or<br />

misrepresentations as to their qualifications to<br />

enter into a procurement contract within a<br />

period <strong>of</strong> two years preceding the<br />

commencement <strong>of</strong> the procurement process,<br />

or not have been otherwise disqualified<br />

pursuant to debarment proceedings;<br />

d) not have a conflict <strong>of</strong> interest in the<br />

procurement in question as specified in the<br />

bidding document.<br />

e) comply with the code <strong>of</strong> integrity as specified<br />

in the bidding document.<br />

2) In addition to the provisions regarding the qualifications <strong>of</strong> the bidders as set out in (1)<br />

above: -<br />

a) The procuring entity shall disqualify a bidder as per the provisions under<br />

“Clause:Exclusion/ Disqualification <strong>of</strong> bids in Chapter-5: ITB”; and<br />

b) The procuring entity may require a bidder, who was pre-qualified, to demonstrate its<br />

qualifications again in accordance with the same criteria used to pre-qualify such<br />

bidder. The procuring entity shall disqualify any bidder that fails to demonstrate its<br />

qualifications again, if requested to do so. The procuring entity shall promptly notify<br />

each bidder requested to demonstrate its qualifications again as to whether or not the<br />

bidder has done so to the satisfaction <strong>of</strong> the procuring entity.<br />
