NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution
of India, the Governor of Rajasthan hereby makes the following amendments in the
Rajasthan Computer Sate and subordinate Service Rules, 1992, namely :-
AMENDMENT
1. Amendment in Rule 24:- Between the expressions "for an interview for a
personality test" and the full stop"(.)” in para two of rule 24 the expression " as is
referred to in schedule III, IV, V and VI, as the case may be, "shall be inserted.
2. Amendment in Schedule II :- (i) The existing entry in coloum no. 5 against S.No.
2 shall be substituted by the following, namely:-
"Graduate with Computer Science or Electronics of a University established by
law in India.
OR
3 Year's Diploma in Computer Applications from a Polytechnic institution
recognised by the Government.
OR
Graduate of a University established by law in India with Diploma in
Computer Science / Computer Applications of a University established by law
in India or of an Institution recognised by the Government.
OR
Graduate of a University established by law in India with "O" Level
Certificate course conducted by the Computer Society of India under the
control of Department of Electronics, Government of India.
OR
Graduate of a University established by law in India with Data Preparation and
Computer Software Certificate Organised under national / State Council of
vocational Training Scheme.”
(ii) The existing words "Data Entry Machines" Occurring in coloum No. 5 against
S.No. 3 shall be substituted by "Computers".
3. The existing Schedule V and VI shall be substituted by the following, namely:-
