142 142 Emerging Voices 2015 The New York Architectural League has announced the eight winners of the Emerging Voices 2015, one of the most coveted North American architectural awards. The winning architectural studios come from the US, Canada and Mexico and have been selected for having a distinct design voice able to influence disciplines such as architecture, landscaping and town and city planning. This year’s Emerging Voices are Benjamin Aranda and Chris Lasch, Manuel Cervantes Cespedes, Gabriela Etchegaray and Jorge Ambrosi, Alejandro Guerrero and Andrea Soto, Principals, Neri Oxman, Brian Phillips, Roberto Rovira and Miami Elizabeth Whittaker. L’Architectural League di New York ha annunciato gli 8 vincitori del premio Emerging Voices of 2015, uno dei più ambiti dell’architettura nord americana. Gli studi di architettura premiati provengono da Stati Uniti, Canada e Messico e sono stati selezionati per avere una distinta voce progettuale in grado di influenzare discipline come l’architettura, la paesaggistica e l’urbanistica. This theme is an opportunity for designers to explore how the workplace has changed and the impact that the continuous evolution of the city has had on these environments. The deadline for submitting projects is the 10th March 2015 and the selected projects will be included in the London Festival of Architecture. Il Festival dell’architettura di Londra per la sua edizione 2015, in programma nella capitale inglese dall’1 al 30 giugno, lancia un concorso dal titolo Work in Progress. Questo tema rappresenta la possibilità per i progettisti di esplorare come sono cambiati i luoghi del lavoro e l’impatto che le continue evoluzioni delle città hanno avuto su questi ambienti.
