In addition to the standards mentioned, all works shall also conform to the
requirements of the following:-
a) Indian Electricity Act and rules framed thereunder.
b) Fire insurance regulations.
c) Regulations laid down by the Chief Electrical Inspector of the State / State Electricity
Board.
d) Regulations laid down by the Pollution Control Board.
e) Regulations laid down by the Factory Inspector of the State.
f) Any other regulations laid down by the local authorities.
g) Installation operating manuals of original manufacturers of equipment.
Note :
Following points form integral part of technical specifications and shall have
superseding effect on the technical specifications given in the tender wherever
applicable:-
1. Tenderer should visit the site at Bikaner Milk Union to ascertain the
complete scope of work as per the site conditions i.e. matching with the
existing powder plant design parameters. So that the complete hook up of
supplied system should match with the existing powder plant parameter to
ensure the desired output SMP as per the capacity of plant.
2. Tender should clarify the warranty conditions/ life of supplied membrane.
3. Tenderer should ensure that type of membrane should be capable of
handling 1% fat at the Milk inlet.
4. Tender should indicate the annual operating cost of supplied membrane
technology with justification.
5. The feed temperature of Skim Milk i.e. 10 o C.
6. Concentrate Milk temperature at outlet i.e. 15 o C
7. Feed T.S. 8% and Concentrate T.S. 15%.
8. Duplex Filter of 40 micron has to be provided on feed line at inlet.
9. Minimum Storage capacity of permeate to be define by tenderer as same
will be used for CIP of system.
10. Tenderer should have completed minimum 3 projects of similar nature in
dairy industry and should submit successful completion certificate.
Accordingly tenderer should ensure successful hooking up of supplied
system with exiting system.
11. Cost of cleaning chemical required for 7 days trial period should be
included. Chemical to be define and provided by the tenderer during trial.
12. Plant operator training period minimum 15 days.
13. Price exchange rate will be finalize at the time of financial bid opening.
All other terms & conditions, specifications and scope of the supply
shall be as per terms & conditions and specifications of tender document.
