Foundation giving societies p h i l a n t h r o p y g u i l d The Philanthropy Guild is Boca Raton Community Hospital’s prestigious donor recognition society, honoring those whose cumulative gifts and pledges have reached a minimum of $50,000. Gifts are used to enhance hospital programs and services in accordance with its most important needs and the personal interest of each donor. Members receive the following benefits: • A membership card which entitles the Guild member and the members of the immediate family to all Philanthropy Guild services • An exclusive dedicated telephone number that connects you with BRCH Foundation staff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist with your needs • Foundation staff assistance with physician referrals and, when possible, in setting appointments with physicians • Permanent recognition on the Philanthropy Guild display in the main lobby of the hospital commensurate with level of giving • Notification of BRCH Foundation staff upon your admission to hospital to assist with your needs • 10 percent discount in the Fountain Grill, Cafeteria and Debbie-Rand Memorial Service League Gift Shops • Preferred rate for the Rockwell Suites. • Listing in BRCH Foundation publications. B e n e f a c t o r s Individuals who make annual gifts of $1,000 and above become valued members of the BRCH Benefactors. These contributors receive the following benefits and privileges for one year, along with the deepest appreciation of the entire Boca Raton Community Hospital Family: • Acknowledgment as a BRCH Benefactor on the Donor Recognition Wall in the hospital lobby, updated annually • Identification in our hospital system which distinguishes you as a BRCH Benefactor (updated annually) and, upon your admission to Boca Raton Community Hospital, notification of BRCH Foundation staff to assist with your needs • An annual Benefactor Card which entitles you and your immediate family members to all Benefactor benefits • Listing in BRCH Foundation publications • 10 percent discount in the Fountain Grill, Cafeteria and the Debbie-Rand Memorial Service League Gift Shops <strong>Vision</strong> 2010 | 14
