Outdoor Events:
Marble Garden Courtyard
Alternate space will not be provided in the event of inclement weather. It is the client’s responsibility to
arrange additional tenting or heating (based on availability, at an additional cost) with the Exceptional
Events Sales Manager no later than (14) working days prior to commencement of event. Music: Live
entertainment or disc jockey is allowable in the Marble Garden Courtyard during the hours of 12pm -
10pm. The Hotel reserves the right, at any time during the function, to control the volume of all
entertainment.
Pool Deck
Please be advised that the Pool Deck is available to all guests of the <strong>Mansion</strong> on Forsyth Park Hotel and
will not be closed for any reason.
Menu Tasting
Menu tastings may be scheduled Monday through Friday on a mutually convenient date with you and
your Exceptional Events Sales Manager. Appointments may be made a maximum of two (2) months in
advance.
A tasting is available upon request for parties with a contracted food & beverage minimum of $5,000 or
more, and is complimentary for up to two (2) guests. For parties with a contracted food & beverage
minimum of less than $5,000, a tasting is available at a fee of $50 per person. Your Exceptional Events
Sales Manager will assist with menu selections and guidelines.
Main Course Choice Policy
Maximum of two (2) main course choices are permitted. Salad and dessert selections are the same for all
guests. Final counts for each main course selection must be received no later than seven (7) days prior to
your event. If the selected main courses have different prices, the higher-priced menu item will apply to
both selections.
