The dem<strong>and</strong> for highly qualified specialists translates to the level of the average salaries<br />

<strong>in</strong> the metropolitan area. The pay earned <strong>in</strong> the centre of the metropolis is much above<br />

the national average. Thanks to convenient transport l<strong>in</strong>ks, employers can hire labour<br />

from those areas <strong>in</strong> the Metropolitan Area, where the average earn<strong>in</strong>gs are lower.<br />
