He concludes [S5]: “Inthe evolution model the natural laws have to describe the origin ofall things in the macro and the micro cosmos, as well as their operation.But this overtaxes the laws of nature.”Fred Hoyle makes the following remarks about the much quotedprimeval soup in which life supposedly developed according toevolutionary expectations [H4, p 526]:“I don’t know how long it is going to be before astronomersgenerally recognise that the combinatorial arrangement of noteven one among the many thousands of biopoymers on whichlife depends could have been arrived at by natural processeshere on the Earth. Astronomers will have a little difficulty atunderstanding this because they will be assured by biologiststhat it is not so, the biologists having been assured in their turnby others that it is not so. The “others” are a group of personswho believe, quite openly, in mathematical miracles.
