REUNION 2005 EXCEEDS $500,000 GOAL !!!!<br />

There was excitement in the atmosphere throughout the evening of the<br />

Reunion Banquet in anticipation of the class gift presentations. At last,<br />

the moment came when a representative for each reunioning class<br />

came forward to present their class gift. Following the presentations,<br />

Dr. Beverly Daniel Tatum was elated to announce that reunioning<br />

alumnae raised a grand total of $596,729, exceeding the $500,000<br />

Reunion Giving Goal.<br />

The enthusiasm continued as the winners of the Alumnae Philanthropic<br />

Achievement Awards and Attendance Awards were announced.<br />

Contributions from alumnae from classes ending in 0 and 5 continue<br />

to be received by the <strong>College</strong>, increasing reunion giving over the<br />

amount announced at the Reunion Banquet. By the close of the<br />

2005 fiscal year, $633,111 had been received in Reunion gifts.<br />
