Multi-Family Investments<strong>Windsor</strong> <strong>Place</strong>, <strong>Windsor</strong> CACassidy Turley (“Broker”) has been retained on an exclusive basis to market theproperty described herein (“Property”). Broker has been authorized by the Sellerof the Property (“Seller”) to prepare and distribute the enclosed information(“Material”) for the purpose of soliciting offers to purchase from interestedparties.
