We are happy to announce the 4th Conference organised by the Accessing Countries Committee (ACC)
of INSOL Europe in St. Petersburg and would like to invite you to this singular event.
The conference is organised jointly by INSOL Europe and SOAM – The Self-Regulated organisation
of Arbitration Managers under the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.
INSOL Europe is the European organisation of professionals specialising in insolvency, bankruptcy and
business reconstruction and recovery. INSOL Europe is delighted that the Russian Chamber of Commerce
and Industry is strongly supporting its 2008 ACC Conference, demonstrating the Russian interest on
insolvency and restructuring matters.
For your registration to the conference please use the enclosed registration form and accompany it by your
bank order showing fee payment.
As the conference will be held during the legendary White Nights, it is necessary to book hotel rooms well
in advance. Besides, as European citizens need to apply for a visa, our Russian partners will supply each
delegate with visa-support, that is, an official invitation letter, as soon as your payment for the hotel is
received. Bookings are to be made under the best conditions before 20 April 2008 (see hotel booking
