5 Insert the <strong>ATTO</strong> <strong>ExpressSAS</strong> host adapter intoany open 3.0/2.0/1.2 PCI Express expansionslot. If you have questions about how to installan expansion card in your system, consult yourcomputer’s documentation.6 Close the case on the computer <strong>and</strong> power itup.7 Installed drivers are loaded.For Windows 2000, XP <strong>and</strong> Server 2003• Windows detects your <strong>ExpressSAS</strong> <strong>Adapter</strong><strong>and</strong> the Found New Hardware wizardappears. Proceed through the wizard withthe default settings for each adapterchannel.
