19. Sofa (03 seater + 01 seater):The Structure should be good quality moisture free sal wood, high tensile spring wire and 50mmnewar tape. High density 40mm thick P.U foam make by Arvind or equivalent. Seat depth should beminimum 550mm. Imported leather light (Upholstery) should be used. Leg should be made with S.S304 and friction less buffer. The exact design of the unit will be provided by the Institute; hence youare requested to submit item designs also.20. Corner Table / Rack Unit:The unit will be fabricated out of it‟s two sides connected in right angle pattern out of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board of approved shade, the triangular one side curved shelves will also be madeout of 18 mm thick pre laminated particle board of similar or contrasting shade as approved. Allexposed edges to be finished with matching 2mm thick PVC edge banding to avoid any kind ofseepage of moisture or water during floor cleaning and maintenance. The structure shouldmeticulously design to avoid the tilt tendency when loaded. All the required hardware‟s are to be ofHettich/ Haffele make. Remaining all panels are18mm thick exterior grade both side lamination MDF. All exposed panel coved by 2mm pvc bymachine with hot melt glue at . The high quality hardware used like wardrobe lock, hangerbracket, tie rod Roller slides, Hinges, Minifix, wooden dowels is of make Hettich of Haffle 36mmthick post formed molding is required as per design. All panel edges are covered by 2mm PVC withhot melt glue at by machine. All hardware to be Hettich/Hafele or equivalent makes.
