P. 266ABSTRACTThe society of the present, it is sunk in a process of changes that you/they acceleratethe different ones dynamic. Keeping in mind this, settled down as investigation objectiveto <strong>de</strong>termine the re<strong>la</strong>tionship among the school p<strong>la</strong>nning and the quality of educationa<strong>la</strong>dministration that he/she is carried out in the institutions of basic education, attributedto the School Municipality Maracaibo I. in this respect, the investigation was sustainedtheoretically in: Amarante (2006), Garza (2001), Agryss and Schon (2003), Davis andNewstrom (2003), Valecillos (2004), Sacristán (2005), Cantón (2007), among others.The investigation was focused methodologically in the paradigm positivist, also it is<strong>de</strong>scriptive, with a non experimental <strong>de</strong>sign, corre<strong>la</strong>tional, transeccional, of field. Thesubjected popu<strong>la</strong>tion to study was constituted by eight (08) directive and seventy two(72) educational, members of institutions of basic education of the municipalityMaracaibo I; to those which an instrument you was applied seventy eight (78) articles. Insuch a sense, the <strong>de</strong>pendability of the same one was <strong>de</strong>termined through the methodAlpha of Crombach being obtained 0,84 as a result for the variable school p<strong>la</strong>nning and0,90 for the variable administration quality that which locates to the instrument like veryreliable; also they took the consi<strong>de</strong>rations of ten (10) experts in the thematic one toadapt the questions to the studied context in the possible more pertinent way. For thestatistical treatment, the data were analyzed in a <strong>de</strong>scriptive way through frequencies,percentages and general averages; obtaining you as coefficient of corre<strong>la</strong>tion ofSpearman (r) among the variables of 0,79. as a result it was evi<strong>de</strong>nced that, high levelsin the effective <strong>de</strong>velopment of the School P<strong>la</strong>nning, it generates high levels of efficiencyin the evaluation of the administration quality; also, even faulty in the School P<strong>la</strong>nning itpropitiates first floor levels of efficiency in the evaluation of the administration quality.Keywords: School P<strong>la</strong>nning, Educational, Principles, Education, Quality ofAdministration
