Each <strong>OptiCut</strong> S <strong>90</strong> carriesout these steps exactly, fully automatically and totally effortlessly,even with unwieldy and heavy workpieces. A pusher feeds and positionsthe timber precisely. According to the model, feed speeds ofup to 120 m/min. are achieved and, during the back stroke, up to260 m/min. – a considerable increase in productivity with maximumpossible safety and highest convenience for the operator.Automatic feeding,positioning and cuttingWorkpieces with up to 150 kg are fedand positioned exactly and rapidly bya powerful pusher. The enclosed pusherguide is nearly maintenance-free anddurable. The cut is released automatically.High safety standardWith the <strong>OptiCut</strong> S <strong>90</strong> safe operation ispossible: The complete saw area is clearlyvisible, but largely enclosed. The workpiecesare automatically clamped duringpositioning, thus, it is impossible toreach into the cutting area.

Due to the bar code, the identificationof the piece becomes evenmachine-readable and further machinesin the production process can evenadapt themselves correspondingly to theworkpiece.
