Without this document you will still receive <strong>Feed</strong>-<strong>in</strong> <strong>Tariff</strong> payments but at a lower tariff.If you choose to return the application to us via email or post, the application needs to be completed and returned on the date the <strong>in</strong>stallation was commissioned. You are unlikely to get grants and FIT totall<strong>in</strong>g €200,000 with<strong>in</strong> 3 years.2. The total value of public f<strong>in</strong>ancial assistance you have received <strong>in</strong> relation to any economic activities – this relates to any grants received from a public body and is not limitedto grants received for the <strong>in</strong>stallation – has not exceeded the de m<strong>in</strong>imis aid levels of support, and the comb<strong>in</strong>ation of the grants you have received and the maximumexpected FiTs payments (export and generation tariffs) will similarly not exceed the de m<strong>in</strong>imis levels of support.3. You confirm that you will notify Ofgem or your FiTs licensee (i.e. British Gas) immediately if the de m<strong>in</strong>imis levels of support are exceeded or if you th<strong>in</strong>k they are likely to beexceeded.
