Students lacking these courses may take approved upperdivisioncourses at JFKU, earn credit through CLEP or DANTES tests, or take approved courses from local community colleges.2These courses should be taken in order; the first five should be taken as early as possible. A minimum grade of C is required in all lettergradedcourses.3Students may use 12 of their major units to complete on of the optional tracks on the following pages. Students are encouraged totake courses in a broad range of subjects to complement their major. Up to nine units may be transferred from outside the Liberal Artscurriculum.4Students may apply transfer coursework as electives.
