WA Shared Decision Making/Patient Decision Aid (SDM/PDA) Collaborative The WA Shared Decision Making/Patient Decision Aid Collaborative is convened by the WA Health Care Authority to promote the effective use of shared decision making processes and patient decision aids through demonstration projects, public/private partnerships, and collaborative resource development. SDM/PDA Collaborative Members: Identify, coordinate, and share WA SDM/PDA activities and resources; and related national activities; develop criteria and framework for WA’s legislative demonstration project; demonstration site support; forum for information exchange and partnership development; reduce duplicative efforts; provide expertise, best practices, samples, and resources.
