An eligible employee means an employee of the eligible office of theGovt. of Haryana working on regular basis.2. Eligible office means an office of the Govt. of Haryana located inChandigarh/Panchkula.3. Haryana Govt. employees who have already been allotted Govt.house of appropriate category at Chandigarh by U.T. Administrationare not eligible for allotment of the Haryana Govt. houses atPanchkula and Chandigarh.4. The employees of Boards/Corporations and of other autonomousbodies are also not eligible for allotment of these houses.5. The Haryana Govt. employees on deputation with otherGovt./Boards/Corporations are also not eligible for allotment of thesehouses.

Employees who have been allotted Govt. houses have to occupy thehousesin a specified period , otherwise the applicant will standdebarred for allotment of this type of house for a period of one year.7. It may also please be notified to all the eligible employees that once anallotment of accommodation has been accepted, the liability for license feeshall commence from the date of occupation or from the fifteenth day fromthe date of issue of the allotment order whichever is earlier and whereverGovt. employee, after accepting the allotment, fails to take possession of theaccommodation with 14 days of issue of allotment order he/she shall becharged license fee from such date for a period of one month or till the dateon which the new allottee takes possession of the said accommodationwhichever is earlier.8.
