BMP is further strengthened and developed through capacity building towardssustainability and institutionalization. BMP has employed more paid staffat head office and in the districts. The new staff in the districts hasreceived training in office management, accounting and computerswhich has increased effectiveness considerably. As a nation-wideorganization with over 100000 members, the needs for training of itsown volunteers and members is high, and there is a continuousdemand.2) Programme efficiency. Due to the high number of volunteers and structuredplanning and coordination, efficiency is high.3) Organizational learning; adoption of recommendations from previous review.BMP volunteers continuously discuss, reflect and assess their initiatives in aninformal manner, and also through formal processes. BMP has adoptedseveral of the recommendations from previous reviews.4) The effectiveness of BMP’s implementation strategies. BMP’s activities areimplemented through the sub-committees and the district branches. In termsof its activities, BMP has in general achieved more than planned according toits own reports.
