In this connection aseparate cell should be formed with professionals capable of designing,promoting, branding and negotiating different initiatives with stakeholders,beneficiaries and the government. With guaranteed financial commitment forthe next 3-4 years from the RNE and Danida, BMP has to exploit the nook ofthe moment and act NOW!536.5 Follow-up on previous RecommendationsDuring this exercise, we have checked auditor’s reports for the last three years andreview report of 2009. In all cases, auditors issued unqualified opinion on thefinancial statements of BMP and its donor funded projects. Issues raised in themanagement letter are also found to have been followed up regularly and addressedby the management. A brief discussion on these findings and their follow-up hasbeen summarized in the annex of this report.
