(Chémovar.à acide imbricarique) fructifié en Haute Corrèze.Au cours d'investigations qui se poursuivent actuellement sur l'écologie comparéedes différents chémotaxons de l'espèce collective Cetrelia olivetorum au longd'un transect ouest-est de la Haute-Corrèze au Jura, nous avons découvert quelquesthalles fructifiés de la variante à acide irnbricarique (= Cetrelia monachorum(Zahl.) Culb. et Culb.).Ces thalles participent à un groupement, largement dominé par Cetrelia (environ60 %), colonisant un châtaignier légèrement incliné en bordure d'une chênaiechâtaigneraiede fond de vallon près de Remeniéras, canton de 19370 Chamberêt(coordonnées 554,5170,8 - quadrillage Lambert 2 zone centrale).Selon CULBERSON (1968), monographe du genre, la formation de fructificationschez Cetrelia monachorum est extrêmement rare et ne donne lieu qu'à des apothéciesde taille réduite (1 à 2 mm) presque toujours immatures.Les fructifications que nous avons observées ne dépassent effectivement pas1,3 mm et des coupes micrographiques effectuées sur l'une d'entre elles ne fontpas apparaître de nette différenciation des asques. Les apothécies, en position submarginales,sont légèrement stipitées avec, en correspondance, une légère concavitéde la face inférieure du thalle au droit de chaque point d'insertion. La face inférieuredes lobes fructifères est par ailleurs d'un blanc laiteux contrastant avec le cortexinférieur brun à noir des parties stériles.L'abondance de Cetrelia sur ce tronc et la présence de quelques individus fructifiéspourraient résulter d'une hygrométrie localement plus élevée ou constante enrapport avec la situation en fond de vallon de la station et la présence de zones tourbeusesvoisines.Présence d'éléments de l'Ephebetum lanatae Frey aux environs de Tulle.Au cours d'une brève visite (Juillet 1983) aux cascades de Gimel, au nord-estde Tulle, nous avons récolté quelques espèces témoignant de la présence du facièsfranchement muscicole de l'Ephebetum lanatae sur parois rocheuses ombragées dansle parc des Cascades:- Massalongia carnosa (Dicks.) Koerb.- Polychidium muscicola (Sw.) S.F. Grayespèces caractéristiques de ce faciès (JAMES et aL), ainsi que:(*) J.B. : Le Bois Joli. 77 rue du D' Rebillard. 71200 LE CREUSOT.
