<strong>Implementation</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Transitional</strong> <strong>Laws</strong> <strong>in</strong> <strong>Serbia</strong> <strong>2006</strong>The Convention condemns all propaganda and all organizations which arebased on ideas or theories <strong>of</strong> superiority <strong>of</strong> one race or group <strong>of</strong> persons<strong>of</strong> one color or ethnic orig<strong>in</strong>, or which attempt to justify or promote racialhatred and discrim<strong>in</strong>ation <strong>in</strong> any form, and states parties undertake toadopt immediate and positive measures designed to eradicate all <strong>in</strong>citementto discrim<strong>in</strong>ation 449 .
