MontenegrinLaw on the Protector of Human Rights and Liberties includes a goodstipulation saying that liable party who fails to act timely upon Ombudsman’srequest or disregards Ombudsman’s summons shall be fined for thecommitted offence. 410Law on the Protector of Citizens – ImplementationThe six month deadline of the day the Law was promulgated in the OfficialGazette of the Republic of Serbia expired on March 24 th 2006, without theAssembly nominating anyone for the office.
