Implementation of Transitional Laws in Serbia 2006Jagodina 1194 , Pozarevac 1195 , Sombor 1196 , Cacak 1197 , Kraljevo 1198 and Pirot 1199 .When the above mentioned data is compared to the data obtained from theprosecutors from the same cities, only the data from the judicial organs inSombor are not compatible, because the Sombor prosecution claims thata juvenile procedure was started on one of the charges, while the Court inSombor claims that no criminal procedures were lead there on the suspicionthat this criminal act had been committed.The District Court in Leskovac lead one procedure, and reached anacquittal 1200 . In each of the courts in Pancevo 1201 , Valjevo 1202 and Subotica 1203there was one procedure, but the procedure in Subotica was a juvenileprocedure. The District Court in Vranje, in the only procedure lead duringthe years 2004 and 2005 against Halimi Nezir, for the perpetration ofthis crime, a measure of obligatory psychiatric treatment outside of aninstitution was pronounced 1204 .Each of the courts in Novi Pazar 1205 and Sremska Mitrovica 1206 lead twoprocedures. In one of the two cases in the District Court of Novi Pazar,Alickovic Feriz was acquitted 1207 , while Alickovic Edin was convictedto a prison sentence of nine months for the criminal act of „severephysical injuries” 1208 . Appeals to the Supreme Court of Serbia were filedon these verdicts. The second procedure against Drustinac Elvir was stillin progress 1209 . A juvenile procedure against M. Z., K. M. and K.
