<strong>Maserati</strong> <strong>Race</strong> CPerfectly-designed rope mechanics with wheels and pulleys.Distinctive radiator grille made with individually-mounted barsand an ornamental strip. Hinged front panel with the Fiat logo,which enables access to the cooler inlet filler neck with a capthat can be opened.The 1950s and 1960s are known as an era thatwitnessed a boom of race car transporters, which arebeing re-discovered today and held in a high regard.The two similar-looking transporters of the ScuderiaFerrari and <strong>Maserati</strong> might well be the most famousand technically most mature transporters of thosedays. They were mounted on Fiat-bus chassis of thetype 642 RN2.With an open body work designed by Bartoletti, theresultant transporter was good for hauling three racecars. At first sight, those two transporters, equippedwith a 92 hp diesel in-line-engine, look alike exceptfor paintwork and decals. But upon a closer look, theydiffer in a considerable number of details.It`s an exact replica of the <strong>Maserati</strong> version, just as itwas used back in the late 50s till the mid 60s.
