Explanation to Street Guide.—To find the<br />

exact location of any house on any street.<br />

For instance you wish to find the residence<br />

of Frank E. Stein. The alphabetical directory will tell you<br />

that his house (h) is 713 Sullivan West. Turn to Sullivan<br />

W. in the Street Directory and you will find him at 713,<br />

fourth house from the corner, five people live there; * at<br />

right of name indicates that the occupant owns the premises.<br />

The buildings are placed in rotation, properly locating<br />

the intersecting streets. Follow the explanation and<br />

you can find any building in the city. Houses not numbered<br />

in many cases are not given in this list. The names<br />

will be found in the Alphabetical Directory.<br />
