As a camper I enjoyed Ramah; as a staff member I loved it.The magic quality that summer has in youth never leaves, andeveryone who has gone to Ramah, lived there and learned tolove so many things, will feel the special glow of forevernessthat summer plants in our hearts.Ramah was instrumental in my Jewish education and in myrabbinic choice. At camp, I – along with so many others – firsthad the opportunity to turn from students to teachers. Thecampers looked to us as role models, and as a result, we beganto become what we were expected to be.
