Troubleshooting • Error Messages •• Blue Lamp is OnLampColorError MessageUnable to home PNP head.Unable to load and/or startthe internal serial portdriver.Unable to lower probe 1.ResolutionCAUSE A: EMERGENCY STOP IS DEPRESSED• Twist the emergency-stop button to release it.CAUSE B: THE HOME SENSOR IS DEFECTIVE• Replace the Home Sensor.CAUSE C: THE POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE OVER-TRAVEL SEN-SOR IS DEFECTIVE• Replace the Over-Travel SensorCAUSE D: THE MOTION CONTROLLER PCB OR CABLE ISDEFECTIVE• Contact <strong>Data</strong> I/O Customer Service.• Turn the power off and back on.• Contact <strong>Data</strong> I/O Customer Service.CAUSE A: INSUFFICIENT AIR PRESSURE• Verify that the supply air is connected.• Verify that the supply air pressure is within the specified limits (seespecifications at the end of Chapter 1).CAUSE B: PROBE SPEED IS TOO FAST OR TOO SLOW• Verify that the system air pressure is within specified limits.
