Candidates are responsible to check with receiving organisations which version (AC or GT) applies. You will be given a letter of confirmation on receipt of your application. The serviceis free for up to 5 institutions.After the test: $20 each (plus $5 postage if outside NZ) and mailed directly to that institution.Please note: every candidate gets one personal copy which can never be replaced.<strong>IELTS</strong> CANCELLATION OR TRANSFER POLICY:Charges for cancellation, transfer or postponing tests dates:oooWithin 25 working days before test date: No changes permitted, unless accompanied by amedical certificate: an original medical certificate stating the condition. a medical doctor must also complete the official <strong>IELTS</strong> form all information must be handed in no later than 5 days after the test.Up to 25 working days before test date: NZD$50.00No fees will be refunded to candidates applying from overseas and failing to get a visa to NewZealand. TEST DAYSCHEDULE:11:30 – 12:001. Arrive and register at Reception on Level 5: Finger-scan 1.2. Find your class room on room list in students lounge, wait till 12.10pmCandidates arriving after 12 pm will not be allowed to sit their test.Candidates only. No family and friends allowed12:10 Welcome; belongings in Bag Room, Finger-scan 2 and room entryAdministration, passport check, instructions, and sound check12:30 – 16:00Listening Module: 30 minutes, 4 sections; plus 10 minutes to transfer answersReading Module: 60 minutes, 3 tasks. NO extra time to transfer answersWriting Module: 60 minutes, two tasksNo breaks between modules16:15 – 18:45Speaking Module: Finger-scan 3Speaking allocation is randomly selected by computer and cannot be changed. Please makearrangements to be available till 6.45 pm.If the test is big, some candidates might have their speaking on the Thursday before test day, butthese candidates will be contacted separately.What to bring:Valid and current passport.NO PASSPORT, NO TESTIf you have submitted your passport to Immigration NZ: send a fax and a copy of yourconfirmation letter requesting your passport back.Send the fax one week before the test to: 06 – 952 7758Photocopies or letters from any immigration services are not accepted.Listening & Reading modules: up to 3 HP pencils; pencil sharpener; eraserWriting module: pen or pencil (NO white-out or high-lighters).Water in a clear transparent bottle. No food allowed in the test rooms.All electronic devices must be switched off and left in your bag.The Centre takes no responsibility for the loss or damage to personal property stored during tests.Candidates may be asked to remove large watches, and bulky jackets or coats.Test Result Forms are released 13 days after the test.Pick Up results from Reception 13 days after the test.Office hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5pm. You must bring an ID to pick yourresults up. If you nominate a friend, he/she must provide a copy of yourpassport and a signed letter of permission.Mailed results are posted at 4 pm on the day.
