You may be prompted <strong>to</strong> enter a new password. Please do so if prompted.ii. If not prompted <strong>to</strong> change <strong>your</strong> password, we re<strong>com</strong>mend that you change <strong>your</strong>password now. You can do so under EDIT MY PROFILEiii.2. Sett<strong>in</strong>g up usersa. <strong>Go</strong> <strong>to</strong> <strong>the</strong> USERS menu itemb.c. Click on “Create New Student” (you must have seats available <strong>to</strong> create a new student)d.e. Select <strong>the</strong> course from <strong>the</strong> drop-down, <strong>the</strong>n fill out all of <strong>the</strong> required <strong>in</strong>formation. Youmust create a user name (we re<strong>com</strong>mend first <strong>in</strong>itial, middle <strong>in</strong>itial, last name – eg.Douglas A. Smith’s username would be dasmith). User name must be one word. Youmust also create a password. We re<strong>com</strong>mend creat<strong>in</strong>g an easy password and forc<strong>in</strong>g<strong>the</strong>m <strong>to</strong> change <strong>the</strong>ir password by check<strong>in</strong>g <strong>the</strong> “Must Change Password” checkbox.f. Click “Create Student”.

You will need <strong>to</strong> <strong>com</strong>municate <strong>to</strong> <strong>your</strong> users <strong>the</strong>ir username, password, and <strong>the</strong> web<strong>site</strong>address.3. Assign<strong>in</strong>g seats <strong>to</strong> users (a seat must be assigned <strong>to</strong> a user before <strong>the</strong>y can take <strong>the</strong> course)a. Once users are added, you may assign seats <strong>to</strong> <strong>the</strong>m by click<strong>in</strong>g “Assign Seat” next <strong>to</strong><strong>the</strong> user.b.4. View<strong>in</strong>g <strong>com</strong>pletion details for <strong>your</strong> users and download<strong>in</strong>g user certificatesa. Click on COURSE ENROLLMENTS, select <strong>the</strong> course.b. Your users’ <strong>in</strong>formation will be displayed. You can sort by any column. Users can pr<strong>in</strong>t<strong>the</strong>ir own certificates, however you can click on <strong>the</strong> hourglass <strong>to</strong> download a user’scertificate from here as well.c.
