Are points earned on all Pleasant Holidays, Hawaii World and Distinguished Resorts products?A. Points are earned on all bookings except those for Air By Pleasant, PleasantActivities.com or third party online bookings.Q. When do the TRIP points expire?A. TRIP points expire the second year after they are earned. For instance, TRIP points earned in 2008 will expire December 31, 2009.Q. Are there blackout dates on travel redeemed through the program?A. No. All travel is based on availability at the time of booking. Travel can be booked up to seven (7) days prior to departure.Q. Are there any penalties for changes made to bookings paid for with earned points?A. Standard fees apply for changes and cancellations.Q. Can earned points be transferred to other travel agents in our office?A. Points must remain with the originating travel agent in the travel agency in which they were earned.Q. If a travel agent leaves his/her travel agency, what happens to the earned points?A. All earned points become invalid for that travel agent. Any bookings made by that agent that have not yet traveled can bere-assigned to an agent taking over these bookings by the office manager/owner.Q. Are forms needed for tracking?A. TRIP points can be tracked online with no forms at PleasantAgent.com.Q. Can the travel agency office manager check earned points for each travel agent?A. All travel agent accounts can be reviewed online at PleasantAgent.com.Q. When making a new booking, will point values be shown?A. If you make a booking through our call center, the reservations agent will be able to give you the point value. When making bookingson PleasantAgent.com, your points will be displayed in the final billing information section on screen. Points are earned and will beapplied to travel agent accounts, when the booking actually travels.Q. How are points redeemed?A. Call our call center at 800-448-3333 or make your booking online at PleasantAgent.com. Submit the online redemption request atPleasantAgent.com and include your booking number. You will receive a confirmation when the credit has been applied.Q. How do I join?A. When you register on PleasantAgent.com, you are automatically added to the program. If you are not registered, you can create a username and password when you click on CREATE A LOGIN: CLICK HERE. This will connect you to the registration page.Q. Can I earn commission on my own travel redeemed through TRIP?A. Redeemed points are not commissionable. TRIP points are applied to the gross amount as a price reduction. Once all points areapplied to the gross amount, the net balance can be paid with a different form of payment.Q. Is travel transferable?A.
