Изсле<strong>д</strong>ване и п<strong>р</strong>оекти<strong>р</strong>ане <strong>на</strong> нев<strong>р</strong>онни м<strong>р</strong>ежи за <strong>р</strong>ешаване <strong>на</strong> оптимизационниза<strong>д</strong>ачи [1]-[9]Основните п<strong>р</strong>иноси в това <strong>на</strong>п<strong>р</strong>авление са:В [1], [2], [7], [8] и [9] са п<strong>р</strong>е<strong>д</strong>ложени неп<strong>р</strong>екъс<strong>на</strong>ти и <strong>д</strong>иск<strong>р</strong>етни нев<strong>р</strong>онни м<strong>р</strong>ежи за<strong>р</strong>ешаване <strong>на</strong> за<strong>д</strong>ачи <strong>на</strong> нелинейното п<strong>р</strong>ог<strong>р</strong>ами<strong>р</strong>ане - оптимизационни за<strong>д</strong>ачи с ог<strong>р</strong>аничения. За<strong>р</strong>ешаване <strong>на</strong> за<strong>д</strong>ачата <strong>на</strong> ква<strong>д</strong><strong>р</strong>атичното п<strong>р</strong>ог<strong>р</strong>ами<strong>р</strong>ане в [7], [8] и [9] са п<strong>р</strong>е<strong>д</strong>ложени нев<strong>р</strong>онним<strong>р</strong>ежи от по-нисък <strong>р</strong>е<strong>д</strong>, което е свъ<strong>р</strong>зано с по-малко <strong>на</strong> б<strong>р</strong>ой елементи за закъснение,умножители и сумато<strong>р</strong>и, които се използват п<strong>р</strong>и тях<strong>на</strong>та <strong>р</strong>еализация.В [3] и [4] са п<strong>р</strong>е<strong>д</strong>ложени нови нев<strong>р</strong>онни м<strong>р</strong>ежи за п<strong>р</strong>оекти<strong>р</strong>ане <strong>на</strong> <strong>д</strong>вуме<strong>р</strong>ни циф<strong>р</strong>овифилт<strong>р</strong>и, а в [5] и [6] нови нев<strong>р</strong>онни м<strong>р</strong>ежи за п<strong>р</strong>ове<strong>р</strong>ка <strong>на</strong> устойчивостта <strong>на</strong> многоме<strong>р</strong>нисистеми. И в <strong>д</strong>вата случая съответ<strong>на</strong>та за<strong>д</strong>ачата е све<strong>д</strong>е<strong>на</strong> <strong>д</strong>о оптимизационни за<strong>д</strong>ачи сог<strong>р</strong>аничения, които се <strong>р</strong>ешават с използване <strong>на</strong> п<strong>р</strong>е<strong>д</strong>ложените нев<strong>р</strong>онни м<strong>р</strong>ежи.2. Нев<strong>р</strong>онни м<strong>р</strong>ежи за п<strong>р</strong>огнози<strong>р</strong>ане <strong>на</strong> геномни сиг<strong>на</strong>ли [10]-[15]П<strong>р</strong>еоб<strong>р</strong>азуването <strong>на</strong> символни после<strong>д</strong>ователности в комплексни геномни сиг<strong>на</strong>ли,позволява използването <strong>на</strong> мето<strong>д</strong>ите за об<strong>р</strong>аботка <strong>на</strong> сиг<strong>на</strong>ли за т<strong>р</strong>ети<strong>р</strong>ане и а<strong>на</strong>лиз <strong>на</strong>нуклеоти<strong>д</strong>ни после<strong>д</strong>ователности. Генът е участък от <strong>д</strong>езокси<strong>р</strong>ибонуклеиновата кисели<strong>на</strong>(ДНК) с оп<strong>р</strong>е<strong>д</strong>еле<strong>на</strong> нуклеоти<strong>д</strong><strong>на</strong> после<strong>д</strong>ователност и е <strong>на</strong>й-малката функцио<strong>на</strong>л<strong>на</strong> е<strong>д</strong>иница за<strong>на</strong>сле<strong>д</strong>ственост. Основ<strong>на</strong>та изсле<strong>д</strong>вания в тази <strong>на</strong>сока са свъ<strong>р</strong>зани с <strong>р</strong>аз<strong>р</strong>аботката <strong>на</strong> новимето<strong>д</strong>и и алго<strong>р</strong>итми за п<strong>р</strong>огнози<strong>р</strong>ане <strong>на</strong> нуклеоти<strong>д</strong>ни <strong>р</strong>е<strong>д</strong>ове, ч<strong>р</strong>ез използване <strong>на</strong> геномнисиг<strong>на</strong>ли, както и п<strong>р</strong>оекти<strong>р</strong>ане <strong>на</strong> нев<strong>р</strong>онни м<strong>р</strong>ежи, за а<strong>на</strong>лиз и <strong>р</strong>азпоз<strong>на</strong>ване <strong>на</strong> такива сиг<strong>на</strong>ли.Основните п<strong>р</strong>иноси в тези изсле<strong>д</strong>вания са публикувани в [10]-[15] и могат <strong>д</strong>а бъ<strong>д</strong>ат обобщеникакто сле<strong>д</strong>ва:• П<strong>р</strong>иложени са мето<strong>д</strong>ите за п<strong>р</strong>огнози<strong>р</strong>ане <strong>на</strong> в<strong>р</strong>еменни <strong>р</strong>е<strong>д</strong>ове п<strong>р</strong>и п<strong>р</strong>огнози<strong>р</strong>ането <strong>на</strong>геномни сиг<strong>на</strong>ли, като за п<strong>р</strong>огнози<strong>р</strong>ането <strong>на</strong> съответните в<strong>р</strong>еменни <strong>р</strong>е<strong>д</strong>ове са използванинев<strong>р</strong>онни м<strong>р</strong>ежи;• Раз<strong>р</strong>аботен е нов по<strong>д</strong>хо<strong>д</strong> бази<strong>р</strong>ан <strong>на</strong> извличане <strong>на</strong> инфо<strong>р</strong>мативни п<strong>р</strong>из<strong>на</strong>ци зап<strong>р</strong>огнози<strong>р</strong>ане и класификация <strong>на</strong> геномни сиг<strong>на</strong>ли;• П<strong>р</strong>оекти<strong>р</strong>ани са нев<strong>р</strong>онни м<strong>р</strong>ежи за п<strong>р</strong>огнози<strong>р</strong>ане <strong>на</strong> <strong>на</strong><strong>р</strong>е<strong>д</strong>бите в геномните сиг<strong>на</strong>ли <strong>на</strong>база <strong>на</strong> използване <strong>на</strong> инфо<strong>р</strong>мация за <strong>на</strong><strong>р</strong>е<strong>д</strong>бите и пос<strong>р</strong>е<strong>д</strong>ством извличане <strong>на</strong>инфо<strong>р</strong>мативни п<strong>р</strong>из<strong>на</strong>ци за <strong>на</strong><strong>р</strong>е<strong>д</strong>бите;
